Windows Mobile/CE Remove
The Remove Inventory screen
allows you to remove quantity from any item in your inventory. You can
designate which customer this inventory was associated to on this screen.
- Select Transactions
> Remove.
- The Remove
screen will appear.
- Scan, Search or Enter the Item number from which you want
to remove the inventory.
- Tap on the Item Number field. The keyboard
will appear. Enter the Item number and tap on the tick button.
- Scan the details. The scanning can be
done either using the camera of the device or barcode scanner connected
via blue tooth. If
you want to scan a barcode, tap the barcode icon. The scanner
feature will open. Hold your device over the barcode. When Inventory
Cloud has successfully read the barcode, the data will appear in the
Pick Number field.
- The Item Description
will be a read-only field.
- Select the Site
in the site field.
- Select the Location
in the location field.
- Select the Customer
in the customer field.
- Select the Quantity
in the quantity field.
- Select the UOM
(Unit Of Measurement).
- Enter Notes,
if required.
- Tap on the Remove
button.
- A confirmation screen will appear. tap
on the "Yes" or "No" button.
- Tap on the
Yes button on the confirmation screen.
To Remove a Kit
- Scan or Enter the Item Number. You can
also Search
for an Item Number.

- The Item
Description and UOM (Unit
of Measurement) will be a read-only field.
- Select the Customer
in the customer field.
- Select the Quantity
in the quantity field.
- Enter Notes,
if required.
- Tap on the Remove button.
- The screen will navigate to Sub Items screen.
The Sub Items indicates BOM in the Kit.
- The Remove Kit screen will appear when you
tap on the Sub Item.
- Select the Site
and Location in the site and
location field.
- Enter the Quantity.
- If the tracking is enabled for the item, Then
the screen will have a Serial Number/ Lot Number or Date field. Note: If the item is tracked by
serial number, the quantity is always 1 as each item will have a unique
serial number.
- Tap on the Commit
button.
- Update all the Sub-Items in the Sub Items screen.
- Once you update all the sub-items in the Sub
Items screen, you will get a confirmation message indicating that
Kit is complete. Tap on the Ok
button to confirm.
