Manage Views
The Manage Views screen displays a list of all views created on the View Items screen. You can use this list to delete views or to designate a view as the default setting for the View Items list.
Manage Views Screen
Click on the Settings > Manage Views.
The Manage Views screen will appear.
Show Filter - When you click on the Show filter checkbox, a text box will appear under each field where you can type the search text to find the desired detail.
Note: The Yes radio button will display the Views seen by all and the No radio button will display the Views seen by the user alone.
Delete a View
To delete a view, click on the 
icon next to the view you want to delete. Note: You can only delete views that you have created.
A confirmation message appears. Click on the delete button to delete the view.
