Tracking Details

The Tacking Details screen allows you to add Serial Number, Lot and/or Date Code along with the quantity details. The Tracking for an item is enabled while adding an inventory or an assembly. Refer Add Inventory and New Assembly.

Whenever you select an item, that has tracking enabled, the Tracking Details button will appear just below the Quantity field. The tracking details can also be added by clicking on the (as shown in the figure below) under Tracking Details column in the Queue.

Note:

• The quantity field appears for items tracked by Lot and/or date code only.
• There is no quantity field for items tracked by serial number.
• The Tracking Details screen does not support scanning in more than 6000 serial numbers at a time.

To Add details in the Tracking Details screen:

• Click on the Tracking Details button.

• The Tracking Details screen will appear.

• Enter details in all the mandatory fields.
• Click on the Add button.
• The added information will appear in the list at the bottom of the screen, as shown in the example below.

• Click on the OK button when you are done.
